A booking is confirmed when we issue a confirmation and, where the rate requires it, receive the deposit, prepayment or a valid card guarantee. Flexible rates are taken one day before arrival. Non-refundable rates are paid in full when you book. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
Flexible rates can be cancelled without charge until 12:00, 24 hours before arrival. After that, or if you do not arrive, the first night is charged and the remaining nights may be released. Non-refundable rates are not refunded. Cancel through the same channel you booked on.
Everyone staying must follow the House Rules. Smoking and vaping are only allowed in designated external areas. You must be 18 to book, and guests under 18 cannot share a dormitory with unrelated adults.
You are responsible for deliberate, negligent or reckless damage caused by you or anyone on your booking, including the cost of repair, replacement and specialist cleaning. Look after your own belongings. Lockers may be available, and our liability for loss follows Irish law.
A booking for 11 guests or more is a group reservation, including bookings split to avoid the group conditions. A deposit of 20% of the booking value is due within 7 days of confirmation, and the balance is due 28 days before arrival. The organiser is responsible for the group.
We may update these terms from time to time. A confirmed booking keeps the terms in effect when the reservation was made, unless the law requires a change or we agree one with you.
